Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Method

We currently ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Transit Time: 2-5 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

We may periodically offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the USPS system.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at DolceEssentials650@gmail.com.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery is under the control of the carrier.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will work with USPS to help investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged package and product so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
